My therapist is knowledgeable and skilled in her field. In addition, she is intuitive and is a natural healer. When I got home after my session, I felt like the weight of pain and stress had been lifted off of my shoulders. I highly recommend Heart and Soul Bodywork. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

My husband and I were staying in Faribault while traveling. We found Sharon online and chose her over other massage therapists because of her breadth of experience in different techniques. She was able to fit both my husband and I in twice during our week in Faribault. I thought I’d had great massages elsewhere in my life but my experiences with Sharon were on another level. The different techniques she used to relieve pain I’ve had in my hip for two years was totally unexpected and much appreciated. If we’re ever in Faribault again, we’ll make a point of having massages with Sharon again.

I have been seeing Sharon for over 2 years. She has been a vital part in my recovery. She has been most insightful in finding the source of my pain and misalignment. I am able to do so much more and enjoy life. She also continues to gain knowledge in her field and I have benefited from many of the courses she has taken over the years.

The worse experience ever. I was racially discriminated against because I’m a young black man. I purchased a massage appointment off of Groupon, called the woman and set up an appointment. The day before the appointment she called back and said that day wouldn’t work cause she placed someone else in my spot. I then made another appointment with this woman. As the day of the appointment came, she then stated that she fell down a whole flight of stairs injuring her ankle. She stated that she can’t work for a while until it heals. She than stated she will setup another appointment with me, but never did and hung up the phone. I had to go through a major run around trying to get my money back in return from Groupon.
