Sally Beauty

Currently 3/7/26, Saturday at 10:50 am. Store hours say open at 10 am, door is locked, no one inside, cash register is open and can be seen from the front window. Me and two others have tried to get in. I tried calling, no answer, unable to leave a voicemail. Bc I wasn't able to leave a voicemail, I wanted to comment and note that no one was in at the opening time. Looking at other reviews, this doesn't seem to be uncommon. I hope that whoever wasn't there to open this morning is okay and safe! I hope this is bc of an alarm not going off to wake them up and not an emergency or illness or smth! Only leaving a 1 star to get the attention of staff. I can vouch for Sally's product quality, but I have personally never been inside this particular store.

I just stopped in today to do some returns for items I bought online. When I walked in, there was one associate that pretty quickly seemed frustrated and ready to turn me away..... I did not receive a return slip with my package, but I did have all the purchase information online and on my email..... Thankfully, another associate walked in as this was all going down and took over right away. She was able to start the return process on my phone, so then Sally's sent the return slip to my email. She even took the time to call customer service to make sure I would get money back to my card vs store credit. I drove half an hour here, as it is the closest Sally's so I am so thankful for her help in getting this all taken care of. Thank you Bene!

Please KEEP your hours. It is 4:51pm, EST and you are NOT open. There are 6 of us outside your store trying to figure out what is going on?

Bene is the best! She helped me to find the products quickly so I can save my time and she also offered to help me looking for an alternative option. Thank you for the professionalism and went above and beyond to take care the customers!

False advertising of products that they don’t have in store. I live all the way in DC and drove out here for no reason. Won’t be returning to this store.
