Very good service here. Very informative and knowledgeable of products which makes it easier to be able to get what youre looking for faster. The guy that was helping me out was Jackson, I definitely would recommend going to him because he tends to know allot about the products and about hair as well, which is surprising cause you dont expect that, but yeah he was helping me with every single item and he even participated in helping me find a good nail choice and also took into consideration the type of style I was looking for. He took the time to listen and made it his priority to get me everything i needed and i have to say, im very satisfied with what was recommended to me Overall I enjoyed the whole time there. Sally’s beauty in Fall River is my go to spot and today I was so lucky to have met Jackson who was incredibly informative and helpful and polite! His personality was wonderful and he introduced me to three new products that I’m sure I’m going to love! He kept a smile on my face and he has great vibes! A wonderful positive addition to this location! Hi well absolutely keep coming especially to see him and I will tell everybody I know who needs to get their hair done that might have any questions because he knows his stuff. I ran to Sally’s a few days ago for my usual restock and much to my surprise I was greeted warmly by Jackson who recommended several hair products and a really fantastic shampoo. Sally’s staff are always friendly and helpful but he really goes above and beyond. I’m so glad I tried what he recommended my color truly came out better than ever.

I have been here a lot lately and Jackson at the Fall River location was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful! I have a teenage daughter who is currently all about dying her hair different colors while I have no clue what the proper procedure is. He made sure that I had the right product and asked questions to make sure i got the most bang for my buck. He was very knowledgeable about products to make sure my daughter’s hair would stay healthy and hydrated as much as can with bleaching it. The manager Jackson is amazing. He helped my mom and I find the right hair dye for my mom’s hair. He was so patient and kind with us and just an outstanding worker. He also wrote stuff down on paper giving my mom intrusions on what products to put in her hair. For example how much of the hair dye and how much toner to use. He’s such a big help! Hope to see him again!
