Came in for one thing in particular, knew where I was going and where it was. One of the employees hounded me and was on my tail the entire time while I'm reading the back of other products i was thinking of getting. She questioned me the whole time. Idk about anyone else but I cant shop like that. I need my space and to not be interrogated while i think. If i needed help, i knew where the counter was and would've went there. Its not a big store. I ended up just getting the 1 thing and rushing out of there and ordering stuff from an online beauty supply store. So maybe try not having the staff follow people around and I would possibly come back. Seeing other reviews from other women of color saying the same thing , I can only hope it wasn't a race thing as she was nice, just very pushy....

Their credit card is absolutely predatory!! Don’t use their credit card and don’t shop with a company that has made a decision to use bad players.

I recently stopped into this location to see what they had in the wheelhouse of make up. As I didn't find any loud colored eyeshadows that I like (as usual for any store) I wandered over to the hair dye Decided right then yep time to dye it. The young lady that was working that day ...whose name I will never forget...George was nothing but super helpful and friendly. I even let her make the final decision on the colors. I wish that more young people in customer service jobs such as these could be more like George. Kudos to Sally's for hiring such a amazing young woman you got lucky!!
