Ordered 5 items from here for a 2 hour delivery since I could not get to the store. Got my order and realized they forgot two items, as well as gave me the wrong size in a developer instead of at least putting two to make it equal. It’s not the first time. If you’re going to be working packing up orders make sure you check and strip trying to steal money from paying customers.

I feel bad for people with bad reviews bc my experience has been exceptional each time I’ve ordered their free delivery and or shipping. I LOVE this store and their generics. These products have been finessing my hair. I use to pay 200 at ulta for products I hated. This place is truly amazing, thank you thank you thank you

Its a great place for beauty items and Shaina is the best team member of the store. She is really helpful and pro on CS.

The workers are not professional. They have no idea what they are selling. I bought the item that they recommended and that was totally worth. And you can’t return it!!!!

If I can give a neg. star, I would.. it's not even an express sally store, tried calling no one picked up.. drove there for what, the shelves are bare. No WIGS at all And not enough consecutive pieces to make one smh.. the man was on the phone, so I said excuse me, do you have wigs? Maybe in the back.. He ignored me, continued on his conversation and then goes on to say, Oh was I talking to him.. like who else is here besides me & him smh.. wasted time & gas WILL NEVER recommend that location to No One.!! & FYI to that location you need to update the website & get a better employee that actually answer the phone. Besides His personal phone.. and definitely be lucky. I did not take a picture cause. I was in a rush. So count that --⭐️
