Sally Beauty

The cashier Christian was very rude, unfriendly, and seemed annoyed the entire time. There was no greeting, eye contact, or basic customer service. It made what should have been a quick and pleasant transaction feel uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be finding alternative locations for hair products.

Every time they close earlier than their supposed to by like 10 min, the lady looked at me and mouthed “too bad” like girl THEY WILL BE HEARING ABT THIS…

So my mom and I went to get some basic items and then while checking out the lady said we dont have a number with Sally's beauty supply. When we went the week before for color and our number worked MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

I went there to buy some clippers for a gift. I was advised that there are no returns even with a receipt. Who does business like that? You’re better off going to Amazon since Sally’s isn’t business friendly.

I went today a little before closing time and I had a great experience, the girl there was very nice and helpful. I couldn’t remember which color I had gotten to dye my hair and she helped me look up my transaction so I could get the same one. Definitely coming back!
