My daughter and I love this new location. The customer service was great; very friendly associate helped us find just what we wanted the whole time. This store is unlike the one in the mall with loud, distracting music and bright, artificial lights. The new B & B works is calmer, quieter, and has natural light and just the right amount of background music.

Customer Service is key to success in any buisness, Moe at the El centro location provided poor customer service, father has gone twice looking for a air freshener plug in, since item keeps being in display and keeps being told is sold out. Asking Moe if the display plug in could be offered on sale for him but she offered original price yet the item is used. He asked if there is any other way for a lower price since item isnt new. She proceeds with denying the sale and snatching the item from my fathers hands and walks away.. There is ways to say no but being rude is not one of them.

Went there the other day and Aubrei helped me, she was so patient and helpful. She said she was newer but she told me her favorite scents and I had to buy all of them. Thank you Aubrei! Will be back

I’ve been to this store a few times and they’re super helpful exceptional customer service. However, today around noon I went in to go pick up an order, and the lady at the register was rude. Very rude no smile no greeting and it turned out to be one of the ladies in charge. I hope the other supervisor or manager teaches her the principals of great customer service. If she’s in that leadership position she should lead by example.
