Asked for a temporary color gloss and she gave me permanent hair dye, I had to catch the part where it said permanent. Two times before this I’ve asked help for ASH brown hair color & each time I was pointed to cooper colors the furthest from ash brown. The employees in this store do not have any eye for detail and can very easily mess up your hair if you don’t look at the detail of the products

So I'm not a first time customer. Plus I've had great experiences every time I've gone. Except the the last time I went. For some reason when I came in about a complaint, a simple one, I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. Even though I've been doing my hair for about 7 years on my own. Usually when I go in I consult with the manager and she's really understanding and nice. This last time she paired me with someone else who was rude to not just me, but the two people I went with. She talked to as if I didn't know what I was doing. In the end I gave up, picked something and left. Usually a great place.

I went to this store a few days ago and I can't believe how helpful the lady working there was! I never got her name unfortunately. I asked her for a hair dye recommendation and she gave me an amazing setup. She knew exactly what I wanted and gave me just what I needed. My hair turned out amazing thanks to her, I couldn't be happier.

I had the best experience at This Sally Beauty Supply store, Tyler was so great helping me find the right products I need for my hair type. He explained the products in a way I could understand and How to use the product correctly. Thank you

I actually enjoy shopping at the tiny store. The girls who I have encountered working there are always so sweet and will literally stand there with me for an entire hour while I try to find the perfect hair extensions, answering all of my questions and keeping the conversation going. All very helpful!
