So I went and bought three different ion hair dyes and tried it out left no color at all after sitting for MORE then an hour, I was told it would make it vibrant and it would come out nice but where is the color??? There is nothing there for how much it was for all of them that’s all that came out after rinsing it. I am very upset with this out come I was so excited to use it and now I’m hella disappointed 😔

Had a hair emergency after getting a bad root touch up at a salon, went in and asked for help, immediately Rachel jumped in and not only did she help find a way to fix it but also wrote down directions to follow and got me everything I needed. She made to even write her name and the store number if I had questions! Rachel absolutely saved my hair and my wallet.

The times I've been here the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They are knowledgable beyond what I expected. They let us know about sales going on and their satisfaction/exchange policy, which was generous. They also said we could call the store if we had questions. The prices were very reasonable. Great location.

Negative experience. First, they discontinued mustache wax completely. Second, I accidentally touched the product in container thinking it had shrink wrap over it - and employee shouted that if I don't buy it they will have to "damage" it and take it off the shelf. Third - Upon check out - when I declined to give my full name, email, and phone number, to purchase the aforementioned product that I felt bullied into buying - I was told I could not return anything if I did not provide my life contact info. I asked if the receipt would work. The answer was NO. In other words - "if we can't bombard you with texts and emails you can't return anything - even with proof of purchase. " In summary, I felt threatened. Not "I'm gonna punch you in the nose" threatened. But guilt. If you don't buy that

I ordered items for store pick up through their website (on my account). I spoke to a sales rep 10 minutes before they closed (Saturday 12/11) that they would be open on Sunday 12/12 at 11am. I showed up to pick up my order at 11:45am and NO ONE was there. Lights were out, not a soul. I tried calling no answer...I called customer service and they couldn't even reach the district manager. The most they could do was give me a 20% coupon, which is great although I needed the product on Sunday because there will be NO TIME to get done what I need to today. If there was an emergency, I get that but POST SOMETHING ON YOUR DOOR!
