R+R Spa is a fantastic spa. I love the contrast sessions. Infrared saunas are probably my favorite. The contrast rooms feel so private and calm. Dan, the owner, is super friendly and a great guy to do business with He always remembers who I am even when it’s been a while since my last visit.

I found R&R online and decided to give it a try earlier this year, I had never been in a sauna until the first visit, Dan is great at explaining everything and making sure you’re comfortable! The saunas are always well kept and the cold plunge is, well, cold. I recommend R&R to anyone looking to maximize their health!

The sauna/cold plunge is a very calm and professional atmosphere, Dan makes the session very enjoyable and comfortable. Will be visiting again and recommend for any one wanting to benefit themselves both physically and mentally.

This massage and recovery treatment was exactly what we needed after a hot and tiring Grandmas marathon. Ashley was so sweet to accommodate us late on a Saturday and her massage was very therapeutic and relaxing. We also did the sauna and cold plunge which was an added bonus. Highly recommend if you live in Duluth or are just visiting.
