I came in tonight with a few minutes until close and Bre helped me with a smile and said not to worry because she just wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. It made it so much easier to think of what I needed to buy and I really appreciate that because I was also trying to hurry to not be an inconvenience. Lol She was like asking a friend the questions I had and was very sweet and knowledgeable. Her manager Christina was also very sweet and told me they appreciated me which was very nice to hear. She also acted like a friend and you can tell they both cared that my experience went well and that I had all I needed. Please do something nice for them. They truly deserve it :) Also I really like this location. They always seem to have helpful and nice people here

My girlfriend and I went in the other day to get a very specific product. Manager not only gave us the wrong dye brand (which we had specifically asked for) but also gave us the wrong developer. We tried the products and it failed to make any change to her hair color. We went back and were helped by Erika and another staff member, who gave us a refund and advised us on how to correct the lack of color. Her solution worked and we are now happy with the result. 5/5 for the staff, apart from the managers recommendation. If you need consultation, listen to the normal employees!

Chelsea and the other ladies here are very knowledgeable and kind. Absolutely amazing customer service experience at this location. I stopped in a few time over the last two months and have been satisfied with each visit experience. Also good variety of products to choose from.
