Sally Beauty

It’s 9:25 AM, and I’m sitting outside Sally Beauty. Their website and Google listing both say they open at 9:00 AM, but the store is still closed. I’ve already seen three people walk away because the door is still locked. I even saw two employees inside, but one just shook her head, said they’re not open yet, and waved me away from the door. I don’t understand why they can’t update their hours online!

Yesterday I had a so-so experience at Sally's in Delray Beach on Military Trail. I asked for help on how to use the various numbered hair developers, and which one would be best for me based on the Age Beautiful red-brown-violet color I had. in my hand and previously purchased. I wound up having a bad color experience trying it out at home that evening so I came in the next day to look for Ion Color Remover (after having searched online for the Top 10 Hair Color Removers!). Andrea was super helpful and so knowledgeable about what I needed. She found me a good color to use instead of the very dark Age Beautiful product. She even explained that Dawn soap would probably be a good idea to shampoo with before applying the Ion hair color remover. I left feeling like I got somewhere. I will be su

Went in for some semi permanent color for someone else. Noticed a different version of what I already use and asked a representative the difference between the two products. Didn’t seem too knowledgeable about the product but we figured it out so it was fine. She let me know she didn’t think she had change for my bill but to give her a moment, no problem. I figured she’d double check the register or ask the person in the back if she didn’t have access to open it. Instead she stood there there without doing or saying anything for half a second before saying “no I don’t”. At least do a lap in the aisle and pretend to ask or somethiiinnnng lol

I had a wonderful experience at your Delray Beach store. I was greeted and helped by Andrea Serratore. I needed help on so many products and if it weren’t for her, I probably would’ve walked out with one vs 7! I was a Store Manager for 25 years and to get such great service is very important to me.

I visited this store recently looking for Tend Skin, a skin care product carried by drug stores and general stores that stock skin care products. This cashier didn't have a clue about what I was asking for. After she said she didn't have the Tend Skin, she left the front register and followed me around until I left. First, educate yourself about a skin care product that has existed for generations. Second, basic training. Do not leave your register at the front of the store unattended, especially when your other store employee is on the floor waiting on customers. In addition, never leave the front of your store uncovered. I left the store and ordered the product from Amazon. I would like to patronize local businesses more frequently.
