Maybe look into hiring someone who actually knows something about doing hair , and people who are actually professional and don’t while and complain about having to do their job while people are shopping and the whole store can hear their conversation 👍

Disgustingly rude workers and very annoying stuck up workers , read other reviews to see😬😬 don’t know anything about the products that are in the store .. there’s a reason this Sally’s has 3 stars while most others have 4-5 🤷

They are price gouging so bad here. The toners used to be $3.49 so please tell me why they are now $9.99... you are better off ordering it offline then going to the store for anything. They don't even have club member prices anymore. And the employees follow you around and won't stop bothering you while you are shopping.

I was followed by an employee today throughout the store. She appeared to be kind in the beginning however I didn’t like the fact that she did this. I was looking to see what hair products they had. However, upon looking they didn’t have much. The hair products were marked up 2x more than Target, Walmart and other stores that sell natural hair products. Be aware of the staff following/ watching you while you’re trying to shop. I didn’t buy anything because of what she did. I won’t be going back! The Huntsville location is much better!

I have dark brown hair and I have been bleaching and lightening my front highlights for a while now. I am trying to achieve a silver ashy type of color and when I first dye and tone it, it's perfect. But then I wash it, using a purple shampoo mind you, and the silver starts to fade into this more blonde color. It has been extremely frustrating and I have done tons of research but couldn't figure out why it was doing that. Then I went to Sally's a bit before Valentine's Day to grab some stuff because I was due for a touch up. I decided to ask the lady behind the counter for assistance regarding maintaining the silver. She was super helpful and so sweet, and then another lady with long brown hair came in and the lady behind the counter asked the other lady what her thoughts were about my sit
