My experience was so nice! I highly recommend! She was super nice, made me feel so comfortable, and not embarrassing at all. Her vibes and atmosphere was amazing and so welcoming! I would 100% go to her again. She talks you through the entire process as well so you aren’t left wondering anything. she’s the best!

I previously had good experiences with this business, but my most recent interaction was disappointing. I accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong date and canceled immediately after booking three days in advance after paying in full. Per the stated policy, only last-minute cancellations incur a 50% charge, so I reached out about a refund but received no response. In the past, I have always honored her policies by paying deposits, full charges, or cancellation fees when I missed or had to cancel appointments. After informing the owner I would dispute the charge since no service was provided, I was still ignored and later discovered I had been blocked on social media instead of the issue being addressed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.

I have been seeing Josie for a couple of months now and am so happy I found her! She is reasonably priced, has a great vibe and energy to her, and has an environment that will make even the most nervous clients feel safe and comfortable! You will not regret going to see her!

Josie is the absolute best! It was my first time being waxed and she walked me through the whole thing and made me feel so comfortable. Her space is clean and inviting. I will definitely be back!
