This store used to be filled with the sweetest ladies willing to help anyone to the best of their knowledge. My recent experience has been awful. The new management last two times I’ve been in store…. I give her my number and makes some ordeal about my license being expired. The first time it was mildly understandable because I was attempting to purchase a perm (which I ordered the EXACT SAME PERM on Amazon FOR LESS) as soon as I walked out the door… But this time I was just getting color and a hair mask and she pulled my license number up and starts putting it in on her PERSONAL DEVICE trying to see if it’s currently up to date…. No it’s not active? But last I checked Sally’s isn’t cosmoprof… their products are available on Walmart and Amazon… these arent PROFESSIONAL GRADE PRICES OR PROD

CRAZY LADY WORKS HERE!!! I was at sport clips dawsonville next door to Sally’s yesterday getting my son a haircut. A Sally’s employee came over to the store and started cussing at the stylist doing my son’s hair. The stylist tried deescalating the situation while I was simultaneously telling her “please stop my son is only 4 he shouldn’t be hearing this.” Eventually the Sally’s employee left after my stylist threaten to call the police but someone should do something about her. I mean why is she coming into sport clips spitting and yelling about a parking spot?

I recently had such a great experience here. Two young ladies helped me with so many questions, showed me different products, and even helped me create a plan that worked for me. They were so knowledgeable and attentive—exactly what great customer service looks like. I wish I had gotten their names, because they deserve recognition (and honestly should be training others or getting a raise!).

Terrible customer service! I entered the store and looked for haircolor. The sales girl didn't acknowledge me coming in, didn't ask if I needed help and didn't acknowledge me leaving the store. I've never received this from any other store. Sales girls at all other stores gave good customer service. I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend it.

Normally I shop at a different Sally’s, but was in the Dawsonville area, so I decided to stop. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. The young lady was extremely nice and very helpful! I told her I knew what I was looking for, so she let me shop, then returned to check on me! That was awesome! After a little while, I let her know I used to be the manager in the Cleveland store, but we had closed. My point is she didn’t know that until later. Excellent customer service! I know she said she had only been there a few months. I forgot her name, but I was there on 2/23/21 at 2:05 pm. She was awesome!
