I recently had to buy a comb for a family member who is currently in the hospital and an elderly worker, I believe her name was Ms. Leann made fun of me to another worker. I was distracted getting updates on the family member and bumped into the shopping baskets. I did not knock anything over. I simply bumped into them, and Ms. Leann treated me as if I were a criminal. She asked me if I needed anything twice because she simply wanted me out of the store. She did not have any manners whatsoever. Did not tell me to have a good day, just wanted me out of the store.

The old Covington location that was forever next to office depot has moved to a nicer more.... Hidden location. As the only reason I noticed it was picking up dry cleaning and was like O' SNAP. Much cleaner and neater than previous location tho albeit a bit smaller. Usually a good place to stop and pick up hair products you've ran out of or capitalizing on app deals

Really helpful sales attendants at this location. The one that helped me had green and black hair and was really knowledgeable and friendly. This store is also not as cluttered and you can see over the shelves making it much less claustrophobic than the old location so it's a much nicer shopping experience. I was a little bummed that the store moved further away from my house but I'm really liking the new layout and it's not troublesome to get to.

Went and got hair dye from them today. Very very sweet employees that helped me with everything I needed.🫶🏻❤️

Jordan is PHENOMENAL!!!! She helped save my hair and helped me get the things I needed to aquire better than salon quality results!!! I love this store!
