Jamie is an awesome therapist! I had an hour massage with a 30 min rosemary scalp therapy session,it was so relaxing and exactly what I needed!

Jamie was able to understand a chronic injury I have with my hip and IT band issues. She really helped me release the pain and I think, some of the pattern. When my shoulder and neck area had trauma, Jamie understood how to help release the physical traum. She used cupping which was exactly comfortable but very effective to get me moving and pain free. I highly recommend Jamie!

Jamie is an incredible therapist. She incorporates deep tissue, stretching, cupping, and fasciae release techniques. She’s a godsend! You better book 2 hours because one is not enough!
