I had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The instructions given to me were unclear, which led to confusion on my end. When I tried to clarify, instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or apologizing, the staff member became argumentative. What made the situation more frustrating was the unprofessional advice I was given — it was inconsistent with information I later received from the Sally at Atlantic. The staff there was more knowledgable and seem to enjoy their job. If you want help or have a better experience, I definitely recommend going somewhere else. This place lacks professional customer service in compare to other Sally Beauty I have visited to.

Last week I decided to give Sally's a second chance because in the past i had a bad experience there, anywho I stop by to see if I could find a product for my dry hair and I walked out with multiple products. The employee who helped me was very nice & knowledgeable with the products, not to mention her customer service was above and beyond. I believe she told me her name was Gaby. Overall customer service was great! I felt very welcomed and would definitely be going back.

I love going to Sally’s in commerce 😁 the customer service is amazing the employees are very friendly/helpful. I went in to buy haircolor I wasn’t sure which color to get Laurie & Jessica (employees ) helped me pick one and recommended me hair treatments which was on sale 🙌 it made my hair feel very soft & healthy 🥰 🙏🏼 THANK YOU !!

I don't know if it's part of their job but the workers here don't have any knowledge in hair products / beauty. I went in to buy some brown hair dye to get rid of the pink I was sporting. The worker whose name I don't know, because she wasn't wearing a name tag offered to help me and she sold me a hair removal kit plus some brown hair dye. I went home used the color remover but it didn't get rid of the pink at all. I went back to the store to try and get a refund because on the back of the receipt it literally states "If your purchase doesn't give you the beautiful results you'd hoped for, bring it back well happily help you find a better solution- or refund your money". That wasn't the case with this store. They said that the product has to be full of more than 50% has to still be there.

Very friendly helpful young ladies. Unfortunately they got a whole shelf of products stolen when we were there and they acted very professionally. Maria and I didn't get the other young lady name were very professional.
