Bought a pair of clippers earlier today I had my doubts because the woman helping me seemed to lack education on the products. She said to try it if I didn't like it I could always return it or exchange it. The clippers cut to close to my neck and head and scratched it. I figured no big deal I can just return it and I'll heal in 2 days. I came back and they tell me I can't return or exchange it... someone please tell me who is training these people... we'll isn't training them.
I came to the store in Coachella and on the door it states store open at 9 and online it opens at 10 so I went to the store at 10:15 and it was still closed I have a client at 11 and I knocked since the lights were on but door closed the women literally just watched me knock and see if she would open I waited 5-8 more minutes and she still didn’t open the door for me I literally just needed something quick!
I've gone to a few of these and at time I rather buy online, mostly I enjoy the in store experience and there guess service & Housepitality was grate they attend to you in a helpful manner not assuming you're there to steal..
I love it!! It's always friendly and they go out of your way to help you.. Love the Coachella CA one. THANK YOU GIRLS, YOUR THE BEST♡
