Great costumer service. Currently attending by appointment due to the pandemic but it's worth the wait because Ana and Arantxa always listen and understand what you ask for. They have a talent to understand me and my kids as we describe the haircut we want.

They offer suggestions based on hair conditions and best possible outcomes. The establishment is modest and clean. Price menu not posted, so inquire about pricing and services ahead.

Worst place to go, my wife hair was damaged she had black hair and wanted blonde highlights and her hair turned copper. I won’t recommend to pricey for a job that was not done right!!. Don’t go with the daughter she does not know what she is doing, she is experimenting with people.

Great customer service! Ana was super nice and left my daughters haircut so pretty. I will definitely be going back! 10/10 experience.

I called about 1:30pm on Sunday i asked if they could do highlights on my hair. The girl said yes come in 30 minutes. I got there at 2. Nobody ever ackowledged i was there. Finally at 5 oclock when it was my turn she said it was to late for me and wanted to schedulebme an appointment. I wasted 3 hours for that. Granted it was packed and only 1 girl. But if she knew i was coming for highlights why would she keep accepting more people
