Your gel nail polish was are low quality and probably old. Painted these 3 days ago and now they're changing colors. I've never had that happen. I'm returning the $15 crappy polish.

I stopped by Sally’s with almost no knowledge about bleaching or coloring hair. One of the girls working there completely saved me! I wish I would have gotten her name. She explained the basics so clearly and made sure I picked the right products for my hair. Thanks to her advice, my bfs hair came out AMAZING.

The workers here are always very helpful without being pushy. They seem to know about the products they sell. Recommend shopping here.

I’ve come here a couple of times hoping each time it’s different, it’s not. Every time I’ve gone in the employees literally follow you around the store and ask you over and over if they can help you somehow. I get that that’s their job, but it’s literally so bad that every time I turn around, every 30 seconds one of the three employees rotate out asking if I can be helped. To be honest, it seems like they’re trying to prevent theft, and I get that, but I literally walk in with a lanyard and my phone in my hand every single time. Today my shorts didn’t even have pockets, and I held the purchase in my hand, holding it at shoulder level and that still was not enough for them to leave me alone after I told them at least half a dozen times no, I did not want their help. They continued to do so,

I went in the store the other day to return a can of color spray that I was not happy with. A young lady by the name of Adrian helped me, she talked over me the whole time I was there. Then proceeds to ask me if I have a dog. I said, why are you asking me that? She said her dog pooped on the couch this morning. Then she signed me up for your loyalty program. Even after I told her I did not want to be part of that program. All I was doing was doing a return and wanted my refund and go home. And then I bought two small tiny lotions that were at the counter . When I got home, the lotion had been open and it was half gone. Very strange and annoying experience ! Needless to say! I won’t be back!
