Ordered online and had an allergic reaction. I was trying to return 2 that were unopened to a local store and they only had a computer option of giving me a store credit. The problem is that the employee was rude in telling me since they don't know how to take in an online return that I needed to choose another option or go call the online Sally's. Sally's told me to go back in the store and POS technical support should walk them through it. When on the phone with technical support she kept lying saying I had no receipt, then that I had no order number (and I corrected her on that). She started her statement to me after she got off the phone "Like I said...". I don't need the attitude because this isn't a customers issue that Sally's has a choice of return but if you choose store drop-

June 6th: Store is closed and doors locked at 6:50pm. As a stylist this was horrible. The young lady looked at me, rolled her eyes, and kept counting down the register. Update: June 7th at 4:15pm and they are closed until 5pm. Can't make this stuff up.
