Went in today (3/28) for some hair dye completely clueless. I’ve never dyed my hair by myself before, and the associate who helped me was so kind and helpful! She told me everything I had to get and gave me clear instructions on what to do. Without her I’m pretty sure I would’ve botched it! I feel awful for not remembering her name, but she seemed to be the only one on the floor today around noon-1 p.m. the products she recommended made my hair super soft! Usually dye makes my hair feel like straw, but her recommendations made it silky smooth and a beautiful color!

I walked in and asked for some advice from the adult lady cashier. I want to see if there is a shampoo to help lighten my husbands hair. The look on her face was very uncomfortable. It was not friendly or customer service oriented. She didn't ask me any questions she did ask another associate in Spanish. But then they proceeded to both tell me there is nothing. Okay, I get it but why treat the customer so rudely. I came in and said from the start I was looking for some help, obviously this is not the place to get it. They are rude and not by any means customer service oriented.

It’s very rare when I get on google to type a great review but Melissa absolutely deserves the recognition. As an experienced District Manager I was most impressed with how she handled the entire situation. She displayed the “above and beyond” behavior, showed empathy for me as a paying customer and more importantly made sure that I was happy before leaving. I’ve been to the Sally’s in Kissimmee and I could not say the same. Thank you Melissa you’ve just earned yourself a customer that would be willing to drive 15min further just to grasp the experience I just had! WOW!! AMAZING
