Sally Beauty

I live in Columbus but drive back-and-forth from Jackson to Columbus, I stopped at this Sally's for the first time on my way home yesterday October 28th around 5 PM. There was only one girl working, I wish I got her name (i'm sure she told me but I forget ) I just want to say how amazing she was. I go to the Sally's here in Columbus often so I am aware that the employees are always friendly and try to help but this girl went above and beyond!!! She helped me pick out toners and made sure I had the correct one to get rid of my unwanted orange tone and let me tell you she was spot on!! She also went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the extra things I needed like foils and gloves which I had originally forgotten so I was very grateful for her knowledge and the amount of time that sh

I used the online free hair advice chat, and it was super legit. Helped me find the right color I was looking for with all the things I needed. Everytime I go inside this sallys the employee's are more than willing to help me find everything I need. I feel comfortable going inside to get hair supplies with the help of these employees!!

The girl who helped me was nice, but didnt seem to know enough about people with very dark hair. My mom and i decided to go with her recommendation for bleach instead of what we normally get. However, when we used the bleach and let it sit over the normal time, it turned my hair orange instead of blond.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Sally's location. I dye my hair frequently so I visit sallys often. The lady did not listen to what I had to say when I asked her for help when explaining what I wanted. She also would not stop referring to my fiance and I as children. As I was trying to cash out she felt the need to start a conversation with another employee infront of me discussing how im a sad little girl who couldn't het the hair color i wanted. I didn't even want the color the lady was trying to say I did. She overall made me incredibly uncomfortable and angry with her actions. I will no longer be a customer of the Circleville location.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and able to help me pick out my perfect hair color! This is definitely my go to place now, amazing customer service!
