After several years of searching and experiencing dozens of massage therapist, I’m confident I finally found the one I’ve been looking for. Holly has taken the time and gone above and beyond to hone her craft to excellence. She is always in tune with exactly what my body is in need of and adjusts her techniques for that specific need each time. The serene and calming environment welcomes my body to let go of everything during my time of therapy. I credit Holly with my recovery from multiple surgeries and helping to return me to the activities I enjoy. I have been visiting Holly monthly for nearly 4 years and don’t plan to stop any time soon. I’ve been seeing Holly regularly for massages. After having an ear infection which caused trapped fluid and partial loss of hearing, I asked for her guidance. Not only did the head/neck lymphatic massage she provided clear my ear but it also saved me from having an ear tube placed! LOVE my time with Holly and highly recommend her amazing techniques. She is compassionate and truly has her clients best interest at heart!!

She is intuitive, thorough and does an amazing job!! The mindfulness practice prior to the massage is one of my favorite parts. Since going to Holly for the past year I have recently started doing Yoga and Barre class with her at her in home studio. The ambiance of the room, the practice itself and Holly's guidance and flexibility has been wonderful in helping me with my individual goals! A fabulous retreat from the stressors or our daily grind. Holly is THE BEST! She is a truly gifted massage therapist. She is able to create and hold space for you in an incredible way and she’s very intuitive with her work. The experience when seeing Holly is superb from arrival to leaving!

I could not recommend a massage from Holly at Sunshine Upon You more highly! She always begins her sessions with a few minutes of calming deep breathing exercises that set the perfect tone for the entire experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and her hands intuitively know how to find and work on all of my aches and pains. Her pressure is perfect and she is always willing to adjust if need be. I particularly like visiting her at home studio as it is private and away from the hustle and bustle of a busy salon. Everything is spotlessly clean and cozy...including a working fireplace which I can't wait to take advantage of during the winter months! You will not regret a visit to this gem!
