I recently visited your store with the intent to purchase clipper guards. Before buying, I specifically asked whether the guards were generic and compatible with any clippers. I was clearly told that they would fit. After purchasing the item and walking back to my car, I opened the box and immediately realized that the guards were not compatible with my clippers. I turned around and returned to the store—no more than a minute later—to explain the issue. To my surprise, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me the guards were not returnable and denied that anyone had told me they were universal. Fortunately, another employee, who had actually helped me moments earlier, spoke up and confirmed that she had told me they would fit. She also noted that I had barely left the

So the manager Comeshia said I can’t return my clippers that are unused and in original packaging. The receipt and the signage both say you can as long as certain criteria is met. Comeshia then said she’s the boss and wouldn’t give me contact info for the district manager. Don’t say one thing, write it down, but don’t follow it when it’s in black and white.

Jennifer was short on help, needed to go to the bank, had people waiting at the door, the phones were ringing, and she handled all of it with grace and professionalism. Jennifer is an asset to this location, and deserves a promotion, a pay increase, or at bare minimum a thank you from me for her assistance…THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!

I used to order same day deliveries online frequently, I'd guess 6-12 times in the past year. I tried to submit three online orders in the last week, all of which were cancelled after ordering. I called after the first cancellation and was told the store cancelled it. I then called back because I realized my 15$ coupon was gone, and they restored it but also said the cancellation was due to a glitch, not the store cancelling. I asked this person to please pass along how frustrating this issue was to management. I then tried placing another online order and it was cancelled again. Several days later I tried again, and the same thing happened. The young lady that helped me was very sweet, she took her time and I enjoyed my experience there. This is the second time I’ve been there, with two different employees, and I have really enjoyed shopping there. Thank you ladies
