Sally Beauty

Tried to use my coupon for $5 off, after getting bombarded with emails from Sally Beauty reminding me to use it before it expired. I'm not kidding, I got at least 10 emails in one day. When the associate scanned my coupon, it wouldn't work. This was the day before the expiration date. The two young women working there tried it multiple times; including entering it manually. They then stated there was nothing they could do for me. Extremely disappointing. I mean, it's only 5 bucks, so not the end of the world. But why send out coupons if they don't work? And why not give the associates a way to honor a valid coupon that isn't working? Do better, Sally Beauty.

Great store and only location to buy salon quality products in the area and at a decent price. Their love it or leave it policy is great I've even returned open products that I was not happy with. Also, since I've been a customer at Sally's they have always been small stores in about the area of a hallway, but since this store reopened after their remodel it is spacious and so much easier to find things plus they have a huge selection and it's way bigger than it was before!!!

LaRaya is the greatest help I've been to the store many times and not had such quick proficient service She was able to decipher what I needed and help me with tips going forward. Kind professional with a smile it was a nice day at Sally beauty!

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Bought XS gloves from here for my daughter for cosmo school. I was told I could return them if they did not fit. They came apart before she could even try them on. I took them back and the manager treated me poorly and stated that she could not accept the return because they did not have a sku. The cashier literally used another box of medium gloves to make the sale because the box did not have a sku. It is not the customer's fault that the box did not have a sku and that should have been thought about before they were counted into inventory and put on the shelf for sale. I called customer service and the manager/employee even talked them into not having her accept the return. I asked her to speak with the cashier who made the sale and she sai

poor customer service. I took my online order to this store to return part of it. The cashier was very abrupt with me I felt embarrassed, like she was accusing me of doing something wrong. She gave me no help with how to return the products. I went home and looked up returns on the website and it is actually a simple process. I signed in, found my order and chose what to return, the website provided a return label. I wish she would have taken a minute to explain any of this instead of making me feel bad. (the first person that greeted me when I entered the store was friendly and helpful , sadly she was not the person that helped me with the return)
