I went this morning (12/29/25) for a refund/exchange for the love it or return it policy on hair dye. The associate working was absolutely incredible with helping me find a solution to an Arctic fox fail from the previous night. She listened and found me the most beautiful 80s blue shade in a brand I use regularly as well as a gentle color remover. She was so easy to talk to and made things easy. The downside is I only wish I got her name so I can give her the praise and credit she deserves 🫀

I went in at about 4:30 pm yesterday, I was looking to change up my hair color and was very overwhelmed with options. I’ve consistently awful experiences at this store before that made me hesitant to go to anyone for help, but Jenny saw that I was still looking after some time and offered her help, I kept telling her I didn’t and after she checked on me one last time I finally caved and let her help me, she told me her ideas and showed me options and really took the time to thoroughly assess my goals and listened so well, she even checked with the color specialist I believe her name is Ryan. I went in this afternoon between a level 7-8 bleached hair, and when the worker asked what I was looking for. I told her I wanted a toner to even out the pale orange tones in my hair. She immediately brushed off my idea, saying no toner would work for my hair at the level I had it. She then continued to follow me around the store, and tell me everything I pointed at was wrong. Explained to me through and through how her daughter was a stylist, and she knew better. So I took her advice on the color I should use, to achieve something close to what I want. The PALE ORANGE TONES OUT OF MY HAIR! What she suggested not only turned my hair brown, but a bright ginger brown. Exactly the opposite of what I asked for.
