Charlotte is the best! I give her 10 stars! She made me feel so comfortable my very first appointment and every time since! She is so kind and it's always nice to chat with her during my wax. She did a head spa for my MIL who was in need of a little relaxation and reset after a tough time in her life and did the best job. I highly recommend booking any of their services.

Best salon & spa local to Carrollton! Brandie is my forever hair girl. Love her! Today, I got the Ultimate Luxury Head Spa Experience done today along with an eyebrow wax by Abby. It was hands down the best thing I ever had done to relax me. She was so amazing I fell right asleep 😴 If you haven’t already book their new head spa services you are missing out!!! Their new remodel looks amazing too & the colors are so cozy & relaxing in the spa rooms! 10/10 customer service always!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🩷

This was my first time every getting my eyebrows done and the experience was a 10/10 at this salon! Abbey did an AMAZING brow and tint on me. The salon is so relaxing and everyone is so kind! Definitely made my first experience great!!

Spa/Salon is beautiful! The attention to detail is there- from the environment to the service!! Abby was amazing- super friendly and knowledgeable. The head spa and facial was spectacular!! It was relaxing and rejuvenating. I would definitely recommend!!!

My mother and I received gift cards for a head spa and blowout experience. I called to book the appointments to be sure I was booking the correct service. The head spa experience was great and Sarah did a wonderful job. After leaving her room, I sat with my mother while she was getting ready for her appointment. I was then offered to blow dry my own hair. I explained that I had booked the blowout and sat back in the waiting room. After 15 minutes of dripping on the coach, I returned to the desk to ask how long it would be and if I could have a towel. I was then informed that none of the stylists were available. When I asked why, I was informed that I had been booked with a stylist that wasn’t working that day. I was also told that the service I was booked for should never have been booked
