I went in yesterday 12/23 after work to grab something quick, now I've shopped here for many years and have always had a great experience. I walked in no one was up front but she quickly came with phone in hand and didn't even acknowledge i was there, no hello or even look up from whatever was so important on her phone. Then trying to ask a question, (which i did try) I know silly but I thought then maybe she'd at least look up...NOPE! Well needless to say I looked around for about 3 minutes, got my item and left. I was NOT happy and have never had that kind of experience there really debating on going back.

I wish I could give zero stars. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very friendly & nice young girl behind the counter. She asked me if she could help me find anything. I asked for a certain brand/ hair color. While she was looking the store manager came up from behind, looked & pointed to the empty box & said "we don't have it" & walked away. She offered no help to me finding a close color. I picked one myself & paid the nice girl who apologized for not having my color. The store manager stood behind her, arms crossed with a crabby look on her face. Did not say a word. The nice girl thanked me & apologized for not having what I wanted & said have a good day. I came to this location on a Friday morning , 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open and the doors were locked and no one was inside. No sign on the front door saying they were closed for the day or that the hours had changed. I called and no one picked up. I ended up waiting to see if anyone would show up and sure enough someone did. 40 minutes after scheduled open with a fast food bag in hand getting dropped off at the front door. Understand running late but didn’t seem like she was in a big hurry at all, and when I did go in to get my stuff she wasn’t the nicest which I usually wouldn’t mind but I was already not in the mood. Very unprofessional. Plus their stock isn’t very good, always out of things or have like one of it.

Buffalo location has it written on their window outside that they’re open along with full hours updated on phone that they open at 10. We had a large group waiting outside for doors to open and UPS man waiting also. Website says their open. Not sure why this location has changed their phone hours/writes on windows their open and decides to stay closed; unprofessional in my opinion to have nothing noted of changes if caused by COVID. As I write this review in the parking lot, I saw 6 more people try to get into the store. Also, phone number listed as “contact us” on the door is out of service.

The worst I have ever been treated by a sales associate in my life. Karyn is how it is spelled I think. She treated my sister and I so cruelly because we took our kids in. They are good kids and we were with them the entire time. One knocked over a plastic shampoo bottle on accident and she was super rude even after we put everything right. We were speechless and just walked out. She never said anything kind. No hello or goodbye. Nothing. She only spoke rudely to our kids.
