I’ve been to this salon multiple times and had decent results. My last appointment was extremely disappointing. Kenny did my nails and he dropped a buffing tool and still used it on my nails. He continued to look at his phone but still rushed the curing process. I could barely get my hand out of the lamp before he moved it to the other hand. The nail polish came off by him doing this and he made no attempt to fix them. My right thumb was also uneven. From a far the nails look fine but when you actually look at the nails, you can tell the manicure was rushed and not well done.

I love my nails so much!! My nail tech was Sara; she has great customer service, super skilled, friendly and a down to earth person! I recommend her if you are planning to visit this salon as it exceeded my expectations :)

I realize this is buffalo Minnesota and I need to manage my expectations but pretty disappointed with my first manicure here. It was fairly painful as the person doing my nails caused a lot of burning while taking off my previous polish. Two of my nails starting chipping two days later, with one fully cracking. I went in to get that one redone and they were very nice and helpful but couldn’t figure out what polish was used two days ago. We landed on one option but it wasn’t a match (see photo). On the fourth day, two more nails starting chipping on the corners as she didn’t polish/cure my entire nail and left corners untouched. There was also zero cuticle work or much shaping/filing. I’ve been going to Kay nails for about 2 years now and they never disappoint. I had actually tried another salon as well and was severely disappointed and ended up going back to Kay nails. Specifically I adore CeCe. Not only is she sweet as could be but she also does incredibly high quality work so I make sure to book with her every time. I also love the online booking system, their cleanliness, and I love that my nails last every time. It makes taking the time and money to go worth it to me. Highly recommend — CeCe is the best!!!
