Sally Beauty

I just left Sally's. I am in my car right now. I did not want to drive off until I gave a shout out & a kudos to Lia! I work in the Commercial Real Estate field. In working with malls across the states, I am extremely observant to the customer experience. Lia was so helpful & informative about the products I needed. In addition, I was blown away by the insight she provided to other customers that were shopping. I have never been to a Sally's where someone had so much knowledge about different hair types & the products that could best benefit the customer. I don't know what Lia's future career path is with Sally's Beauty Supply. However, I hope the Corporate Office takes the time to acknowledge the great work of both Lia & other superb employees like her. You Rock Girl :-)

I came in today looking for nail acrylic powder. The two girls working there (I wish I had their names, one had green hair and the other had purple) were so sweet and helpful. Probably the best customer service I have ever received at a store!

Great place. Good selection of hair grooming supplies. The manager Shannon helped me pick the correct clippers for my needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will be back soon!

I went in tonight, the girl working was really great! Think it was Lai? Very personable, caring & helpful ! A lot of places, the employees don't go out of their way to help you, but she really. Super impressed! If I got her name wrong, cute girl with dark hair & cool nose piercing. =]

Had to go for a mammogram today and had time to kill for my next appointment, so I stopped off at Sally's to check out what they had. I ended up with an at home wax pot that is so needed this time of year!! I have got a confession to make...I have leg hair!! Arm hair and facial hair too!! Love to wax it though. If I identified as male, I wouldn't have any trouble with growing out goatees!! Enough about that, gotta take care of it, because I personally don't like it. Sallys had what I needed and was very affordable. Around $60 for all the supplies (go to the dollar store for popsicle sticks though!). Gonna zoom home after the haircut and take care of the other hair!! Thank you for your time!!
