Audrey was so helpful! I am probably the least girly girl that ever walked in there but my daughter told me I had to stop using box dye... Haha, so I went in there and Audrey helped me out so much! Thanks for not making me feel dumb because I don't know anything about hair. You were so kind and I appreciate it!

McKenzie was such an amazing help! I went in with wanting to color my hair, but I wasn't positive about what brand to pick or what color to pick. McKenzie told me several brands, but once I decided on pink, she showed me the brand that she used for her hair color. Once I saw a visual of the color, I knew it was what I wanted.

I use this location all the time and everyone is great. This morning, Kelsey decided to unlock the doors at 10 am and when I walked in at 10:05 she told me she wasn’t open, she was doing inventory, so I sat outside for another 15 mins and tried again and she told me it was still gonna take another 30 mins. Who the hell does that? Your hours are at 10 am, why haven’t you done inventory before opening? Definitely gonna call corporate to see if they can do something about this Kelsey girl completely wasting people’s time.

TK was super friendly and knowledgeable! I loved how clean and organized the store was. Thanks to all the staff who are doing great work!

I’ve done online order pickups twice now from this location and I always end up going back in because something is wrong or missing from my pick up. The first time I was missing 2 boxes of dye and had to drive back (I should’ve checked before leaving, that was my bad) The 2nd time i checked before leaving the parking lot and I was given the wrong product completely. They seem like nice people that work there it’s just frustrating when it happens more than once.
