Used and abused my body my whole life. Rarely do maintenance or stretching. I’ve experienced some shoulder pain for several years now but this year I really injured it and was even debating surgery. (I hesitate because I work construction and can’t afford that kind of down time) I had a met Dan at a gym and worked a convo. Long story short a quick evaluation and invited me to his practice. He has information for days about the body and alignment and functional longevity goals. I was hooked. He worked my shoulder and gave me some work outs and rehab movements to do on my own. The next day I felt more function in my shoulder than I didn’t the weeks leading up to his massage! Definitely a client as long I’m in the area. Highly recommend

Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had. Dan is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and its needs! This was my second session, one week after the first, and Dan accommodated my request for a 2-hour session, which was much needed.
