These negative reviews must be really old... I walked in to a perfectly neat store on Saturday, and was immediately greeted by both employees. I am a clueless elder millennial who doesn't know the first thing about bleaching and toning. Pem helped me find everything I needed and answered all my questions in detail. I was able to chat a bit with the other employee, Maddie, during checkout. I was impressed with my experience and the variety of products offered at this location. I'll definitely be back to experiment with more hair colors!

They may not always have my products all the time but at least I always have a friendly greeting every time. I have no complaints with this location. Shame it has 2 stars. 🙁

I'm frequently here and I love this place. The ladies that I've had experiences with have all been pleasant. The only issue I have, and its minor, is that some of the ladies in there try to talk you into things.. Example: I wanted full coverage smoky lavender hair dye... And one of the ladies tried talking me into just doing temporary lavender high lights on my calico cat hair. Thankfully Ashley, the lady whom I deal with most frequently, understood what I was wanting and helped me pick out the stuff I needed for a full coverage lift and color. She's seriously THE BEST!

The one girl that is always there is not friendly at all, simple questions have rude reply’s. This Sally’s is ALWAYS out of copper in hicolor and low and be hold the rude one has copper toned hair. It’s like she waits for the shipment and never puts them on the shelf.

Me and my son went into the store tonight and there was a young lady that was very rude to my son, i went in there to buy nail polish and I told my son i wanted him to pick the color out because I am having my baby on Tuesday and wanted my nails done, and the young lady who was working there was sick and very short with me and kept on yelling at my son to stop touching things which all he was doing it showing me what colors he liked. I had three nail polishes in my hand to buy but when the very rude lady yelled at my son again to put these eye lashes down which he was showing me to buy, I put down the nail polish and left, I am not about to give the place my money i will buy through Amazon, i have never been into a store which a person treated by little boy like that. I will never agai
