I have now been banned from the salon for missing appts without 24 notice etc. Seriously? I have been a customer with Katelyn before she even owned a salon. Since 2007 I believe, over a decade. I’ve had a bad last year with losing two jobs among being injured at work etc. And it is kind of hard to cancel an appt within 24hrs if you wake up sick! I've barely had more than $100 in my bank account since losing my previous job back last November: Things happen, kind of like today when i was bitten by a stray dog who was running after me. I didn't ask for that to happen especially when I was already bit in the mouth in 2016! I even travel 35 minutes to come to the salon. But if you don't want me, fine. I just figured you'd treat your "longest" customers better but I guess not.

All of the ladies in this full-service salon are friendly, professional, and dedicated to making you look and feel your best. My whole family comes here; they are great with my 3-year old, keeping him entertained and occupied while they give him his cut and style. Every time my wife decides she wants to change up her style, she is totally confident that her stylist will make it look great, and she adores getting a spa pedicure (which makes birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays easier for me!) They call to remind you when you have an appointment coming up, and are also happy to schedule your next visit while you are there, which makes it easy to stay looking sharp!

This is a wonderful professional, full-service salon. The receptionist, Nicky, is always gracious and welcoming, and somehow able to get me in for an appointment whenever I need one. Kylie is a very creative stylist who understands the shape of my face and the type of cut that will bring out my best (and it isn't easy). Kylie and Kara provide relaxing and soothing pedicures designed to get rid of tensions and taut nerves. Fiona MacKinnon

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!! I went to Kara and she has done such a great job. I would totally recommand Shirley sei bella as the salon to go to for anything. I have gotten a perm, color and cut there and I have always loved my hair afterward.

I waited a wk to get in but with the great reviews i didnt mind. My request was very simple short on the sides leave a little longer on top. I thought that would amount to a very basic mens cut, i was completely unaware that i had to specify blending the sides and the top. Which in no way took place. Which after driving home with the window down with a littke wind became extremely obvious it was a mushroom cut, funny but not funny. After getting home i called and was told id have to wait until Tuesday, it was Thursday. No i will not wait. Sheers hear we come.
