My friend is a cosmetology teacher and had walked in to Sally's on union Blvd to hear an employee telling a customer to put 40 volume developer on her scalp with bleach 😳 thank god she over heard the conversation and let the women know 40v with bleach on her scalp for 30 mins like the employee said would servely burn her scalp & hair. You never use 40v like that period. Its harmful that customers are thinking the employees know what they are talking about but usually they are not licensed cosmetologist that work here So can we please not give out advice on hair color / bleaching unless we are licensed and knowledgeable That woman would have had serve Burns if she would've listened to your employee.

Whoever was working at 3pm on 2/6/24 with purple and black hair was so so so helpful and nice. gave me many options and explained a lot of things to me. seems like she really cares about the health and results or customers hair. she was amazing!

Most of the time, they are very nice, but totally non expertise in the area of hair and beauty. Every time I go and follow their advices my hair comes out exactly as I don't want it!! It's frustrating. I said I'll never listen to them again and there I go again listening to them and messing up my hair. This time for real is, Last time!!!!!

Walked in, there was 3 ish employees, 2 of them helping a lady check out/look at items and the other on a ladder greeting customers and asking them if they needed help. All of them saw me but none of them greeted or asked if I needed help. The man went out of his way to continually ask customers if they needed help but chose to ignore me. He rang me out and didn’t ask if I needed anything, if I found everything, nothing. Not sure why I was treated like that but please treat customers with basic respect you pay others. Not impressed. And don’t just reach in front of the customer and hit the “cancel” on rewards if you can’t find their phone number. That was incredibly rude. Ask if there’s a second number or if I’d like to skip it myself. Absolutely 0 reason to be rude/alienate a customer.
