Literally just left this store & the service was so horrible that I'm writing this review in the parking lot. There are two young ladies working, one of whom has locs like me. I had questions that she couldn't be bothered to answer and she was too lazy/derelict to find the answers. I've never encountered someone so bad at customer service with a lack of knowledge and an abundance of attitude. Customer service is a thing of the past. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS. I'll go elsewhere or either Amazon from now on. I completely understand why their rating is below 4.

10/10 would recommend to any of my family or friends The staff are welcoming and super friendly and lots of the items I was particular looking for were honestly a lot cheaper then what I was expecting The store manager Antioaette Was honestly amazing and probably the highlight of my recent visits She had some good recommendations that I've honestly have feel in love with and has me running back to buy more.Thank you guys for being so awesome!

I just visited Sally's in Bessemer, AL and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond what I expected them there to do. Monse ( one of the sales associates) greeted me with a warm, helpful and inviting smile and right away I needed help. She was approachable and ended up assisting me with all of my items. Once I reached the register, Antoinette (the other sales associate), continued to help like how to take of colored hair and several other helpful suggestions, without feeling pressure to buy other items that I wasn't ready to buy. Anyway, If you are ever in Bessemer, you should definitely drop and enjoy the experience....

This review actually deserves no stars. Before moving this Sally’s has always been my go to but today after my visit I’m willing to travel further to a different location because the staff member (no name tag) was beyond rude! After asking for a specific product she pointed me to the direction and never opened her mouth. Then at check out I had make her repeat my total because she all but whispered it to me. I mean if you’re not happy with job just quit!
