This is the best Beauty supply store in Bessemer. The staff is super friendly, always joking and in a great mood soon as you walk in you are greeted by everyone upfront with a friendly face. The manager is super helpful I knew this was going to be my favorite Store when I walked in and the owner was assisting customers and helping out his team on a busy. They have everything you need at low prices.

I arrive early that morning around 9:30 am. I said good morning to the cashier. She did not reply or respond to me. Finally, I asked about seeing a wig. She was not happy about that. She finally came to assist me but her attitude was extremely negative and non verbal. She had such a negative attitude, not friendly to me. I will not come back to this store again and I will let my friends know so they will not purchase anything at this store.
