I can't praise the young ladies that work here enough!! I made a retreat on 10/9, they were so kind and patient with me. The staff is absolutely lovely. Kindness goes a long way in customer service. These ladies are the ultimate example of AMAZING🧡🧡🧡🧡

I just went there today to buy gel and the woman who scanned my item was very nice and brings great energy there

Don't go on Sunday mornings they are unknowledgeable and could care less. They should be retrained in products and how they work. Also shoes instead of slippers would seem a bit more professional while you're being ignorant to customers.

They are always out of stock for everything. Useless store

Employees are rude and nasty, they curse and call customers names for no reason. Even after contacting customer service and informing them of my terrible and unprofessional experience, I never heard back. I will continue to contact them and continue to express my concerns and share my experience until they resolve this matter. Don’t go here the employees are inexperienced, and prefer to hang out and chat with friends then do their jobs. Also they are very overpriced and they sell minimal textured hair products. I have been a pain customer here for years, and I will never return there again I recommend all of you do the same.
