I was provided with amazing customer service today. I was trying to do an online pick up in the store but something was wrong with the online system. It was me saying things were out of stock that were in fact in stock in the store. The cashier was able to provide me with all my discounts that I had in my cart for my online pick up in store order. Thank you.

Wish I could give this store no stars.Worker took way too much time to open and was extremely nonchalant about her tardiness. Didn’t open at store set hours do NOT recommend this location. Horrible staff.

Never open on time and if it is the scheduled time to be open- they still ain’t open! Their hours are a lie and the workers couldn’t be less helpful. Horrible ownership. The only reason I pop in Sally’s is because I can get my wax beads quicker than ordering online. Don’t go to Sally’s and expect anything good!

I always go to this Sally’s and today when I was in the store the manager possibly was talking about another worker so disgustingly. Wishing that he just quit and expressing distaste for him. I understand when workers are compromising the work done but it’s never appropriate to vocalize those things in the store. Then when I went to check out, this was the first time we had spoke my whole shopping experience, I had inquired about the rewards program. She insisted that I was wrong about previous transactions I had and was so rude about it. As the customer possibly I did have another experience with the rewards program and if I’m wrong just inform me politely and not insist I’m lying. I continued to just tell her I would still purchase my items regardless and that I just was inquiring. The a

Just went into this store to buy stuff for my hair and the only one who helped me was a short girl with pink hair, she was very professional and showed me everything I would need and even asked me if I would come back in and show her the finish result in case I wasn't happy with it. She was so attentive and nice while some other girl was sitting towards the back on her phone and didn't even look my way or acknowledged me while the pink haired girl was handling another customer who was trying to check out. The only reason I will ever go back to Sally's period after already having problems with the Coursey Boulevard one's rude staff and dealing with the nonchalantness of the other employees at College, is for that pink haired girl.
