I came to get some hair products to help combat dryness. I was looking for a specific brand and this location didn't have much on the shelf. Pretty much everything I looked for was limited. I wanted straight hair pins, but in black, and they didn't have any in stock. I love the Design Essential line, and I was only able to get maybe 1 item of what I wanted or needed. I did get a few items,but I am not too happy that I had to leave without getting what I needed. You would think they would have a variety of various hair products for any hair type.

Taylor was happy, pleasant and extremely helpful. She's from another store but was there helping today and made the trip worthwhile! It's nice to do business with people who are willing to help.

If you have dark hair and you're looking to get it bleached, GO HERE! At the time of writing this, the girl who helped me had black and green hair (sorry for not remembering your name) and she was so helpful. She walked us through every single thing we needed (including supplies like a brush and foil) and it was all still under $50. I am absolutely coming back when I want to try something new.

My spouse and I came in to buy bleach products and the associate, Kat, was super helpful. She showed us the products we needed while being mindful of our budget, and explained how to use everything. It was truly full service! Thanks so much.

This blue haired employee asked if we needed help a couple times, after looking around we found the product I need it and couple seconds after the same employee showed up this time I had a question, question that she did not answer, instead she was very condescending, pointed at my fiance and asked for his name. This took me by surprise but I told her anyways. She then proceeded to be rude and command him to take his phone out, Google the question, and read it out lout so we can answer it ourselves. She went on and lectured us about how Google should be our first option for any questions...that was just crazy to me.
