The worker i had didnt give me any advice, i told her countless times my hair is really thick and long, she only recommended one bottle of bleach in which my hair is now messed up entirely, she didnt recommend any sort of hair care or tips. I had to ask about foil and she gave me a bottle of developer 30 which burned my scalp because i searched it up you should only use twenty. She didnt recommend any gloves or anything after i told her this is my second time bleaching my hair and even then the first encounter was absolutely terrible. So my hairs ruined and my scalp as burns, as well as my hands too because i had absolutely nothing. I had a terrible experience here.

The store has a decent selection and prices are comparable to online hair care products, nothing spectacular, and the staff...ugh. 3 out of 4 times the staff ignores you. They are unhelpful, unfriendly and absolutely don't represent a store selling BEAUTY products. Employees are sloppily dressed, dirty unkempt hair, at a place that sells hair products. So if you know what you need are ok being ignored stop in.

Extremely nice staff. Went out if their way to help answer all my questions, find the correct products, and we're extremely helpful. Store is small but has plenty of options. Prices affordable.

I love this store and the employees. However the hours are confusing and really annoying. Half the time when I show up they’re closed even tho the internet says they’re open. Really REALLY annoying when you’re having a hair emergency lol. Please update the hours if they have changed
