This was my first time visiting Nails By Kris. I couldn't be more happy with my nails. They are exactly what I asked for. We had good conversation, and the shop was cozy and comfortable. HIGHLY recommend her!! Thank you Kristen 😊 Update: 11-29-2025 Still enjoy going here. She has moved from Gardiner to Augusta, and honestly the new place is WAY more cozy and cute. Still good conversation, and she is always throwing ideas out for my nails because im one of them that come in not knowing what I want.

I just had my first appointment with Nails by Kristen, and I am so impressed! She was super friendly, professional, and made me feel totally comfortable right away. My nails turned out even better than I hoped — the shape, the design, everything was perfect. You can tell she really cares about her work. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Kristen is so professional, and so kind. I love getting my nails done by her because she’s able to bring the vision to life. She’s friendly, talented and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Anytime I’ve gone, the builder gel has held on well until the next appointment. I've had two appointments with Kris for gel builder nails, and really couldn't be happier with the sets I've gotten! The platform she uses it's easy to book, and see the services offered. She seems like a genuinely nice person, and her is work clean and fresh! Looking forward for sets to come!

Kristen is absolutely fabulous!!! She pays attention to detail, has fantastic freehand designs and is so sweet to chat with while she does your bails! She is a true gem!
