Kaylee was an absolute gem! She was very patient and extremely insightful. Without being skilled in the hair color transformation process, she was able to provide me with the best products to use and a step by step tutorial on how to best achieve icy silver platinum hair! She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and her professionalism and care was greatly appreciated. Taking my hair from a dark silver to a light platinum took hours, but my hair was not damaged and truly had amazing salon results. Would definitely recommend her and the Auburn Sally beauty salon.

Micelle (hope i spelled right 😭) provided AMAZING service, made me feel so welcome, and was an expert on both the product and technique to use it. She feels right at home on the job and conducts herself as you’d expect of management. Will look for her help every time I come back 🙂‍↕️

Store says its open at 9 on google and its currently 9:38 and no one is there it completely wasted my time and gas

The two girls in there today made me very uncomfortable while shopping. The one hispanic girl staff with the white hoodie was just watching me and it weirded me out. I will not be back here or continue shopping at Sally's. I'm not sure if they just train the workers here to just watch the black customers or have extreme racial bias towards black people but they lost my money for now and the future to come.
