Earth Dosha

As an avid follower of ayurveda I was excited to find this business so close to my home. I tried the warm oil abhyanga massage at Earth dosha. It was highly relaxing and soothing I especially loved the sauna dome in the end. I would recommend going early as its an ayurvedic massage that requires knowing your body constitution to use the right products. The location is on the bottom floor of a salon in the same location and you need to enter the salon to find it. Sharing incase anyone else has a hard time finding it. The only feedback I have is it would be nice to offer a warm or room temp water post the treatment as the sauna can feel dehydrating and its pretty standard for spas to offer hot beverages or water to replenish. Stephanie has such a nurturing, warm presence. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel pampered & cared for. She’s that compassionate ear after a hard week, & can also laugh with you to lighten the mood. I recommend going to see her when you need to reconnect with yourself & fill your own cup.
