I got here at 5 o’clock thinking that they’d close at seven to see them walking out and locking the door at 5pm, all I ask is if you’re closing early to simply update your hours of operation Google maps specifically tells me y’all are open till seven :/

Love Sally's have gone here for years. Can always count on their products. But as of the past year or so. When I'm in there and have a question about a product of theirs, the process of application, or I need a recommendation. I assume, because of the type of store it is. That their employees are knowledgeable?. That helping you in this manner is a part of their job at that particular store? It's one of the reasons you go there? Well lately whenever I have needed some guidance. I have received "I'm not sure" or "ummm?" Or "let me check online or on the app." I end up getting literally nothing.
