This lady had me spend a total of $70 on color hair dye. I wanted blond hair and she intentionally convinced me to purchase the color that actually turned my hair dark brown. I wonder why she would have done that… but what a total waste of my money. I just don’t believe she’s giving other women this advice who want blond hair… 🧐 I will be back simply to waste their time cause I’m petty like that.

The girl with the purple bangs was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She helped me immediately and stuck with me my entire visit. She knew so much and really helped answer all my questions and informed me of all my options to meet my hair goals. Incredible girl. She really made my day.

I have had amazing service at this location. The people manning the store have been extremely courteous, helpful, and insightful. I'd like to give a specific shout out to Abigail S. (I hope I spelled your name correctly!), the main colorist at this location; she is AMAZING. So knowledgeable, so helpful, so attentive. Thank you Abigail. (And thank you for teaching me that the SallyBeauty website also has a feature that allows you to chat with a licensed hair consultant! That was a great find as well.)

after moving to the area I was excited to go to my new local sally beauty. I’ve been to this store 3 times now and have been disappointed each time. Each time they have had one employee in the store, so it’s difficult to get time for advice. I have not been asked if I needed assistance at this location either. Twice the employee on the floor has had to call management to deal with a situation at the register, causing a delay. One of them was due to a difficult customer and between the customers complaints and calling different management, those in line had to wait 15 minutes. The staff has been nice just not very good customer care (greeting when you walk in, asking if you need assistance, etc). Once I was waiting at the register to check out and once the employee noticed me she just said

I like this location because they always have the hair supplies I need. On the other hand I gave this location three stars because when I’m checking out I’m always asked by a cashier if I want my change. I understand that it near closing and see they don’t want to open new rolls of coins but they must stop that and give customers their change. I watched a young lady count nickels and then get agitated that she had to open quarters because it was not enough to give me my change. I’ve been nice before and let a cashier keep my change. I will not be doing this again. Please train your employees to stop asking if customers want their change. It’s different if they had a round up system but they don’t.
