I don’t usually post things like this, but I’m extremely upset. Earlier this week, my 70-year-old grandmother went into the Apopka Sally Beauty location, and while she was there, an employee (who was not wearing a name tag) was extremely rude to her — and shockingly, hit her in the face twice with a paper bag. Let me repeat that — an employee at Sally’s hit my elderly grandmother in the face twice. I am beyond livid. As soon as she told me, I called the store immediately. The woman who answered the phone was rude right away, and when I calmly explained what had happened, she hung up on me. I’m assuming it may have been the same employee. I’ve already filed a complaint with Sally’s HR and corporate office, but I’m still extremely upset that this kind of behavior happened — especially toward

Very disingenuous cashier. When everyone walked in she told them if they needed help to let her know…which people did and she was so rude I was shocked. I know a lot about hair care/coloring and she was not only giving out wrong information to others but I very kindly asked her if either her or I could look in the cart she was using to restock hair dye because I wanted a second tube of the color I was about to purchase and she scoffed at me…I thought it was respectful of me to ask before digging in it myself but apparently not. Be wary of the older slender lady with glasses if you’re going in there and need to ask for literally anything.

To the girl that was closing the store on May 3rd (you have long black hair, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) my daughter and I came in around 7ish. I want you to know the help you gave me with the colors for my hair...its AMAZING!! So much so, my mom even said, "it looks good" (she never says anything positive about my hair lol) ive been to a few different Sallys and your the first person who i have interacted with that actually knew about hair color!
