Just left there to buy hair dye and had the best experience all because of Miss Jackie! She was so helpful with EVERYTHING, helped me find lightener that best fit my hair type AND gave me samples for me and my sister! I went in a few weeks ago to get dye removal wipes. I had just dyed my hair black and dark green. When I walked in, the older black lady that worked there proceeded to make fun of my hair color which resulted in her and the other customers to laugh at me. If this is the type of employees you have working here, I will never come back. I’d rather just get product from Walgreens instead. At least the lady there complimented me instead of making a mockery of me in front of the entire store.

Did a online 2 hour order. I ordered a 12 oz bottle of proclaim glossing polish and received a 6oz olive proclaim polish. Plus the lid was not secured and it spilled in the paper bag. I have had deliveries and pick up from this store but they failed today.

Very horrible experience with the cashier she has glasses and other customers have had a bad experience with this cashier already. I needed to return a product and I had my receipt and she was extremely rude saying I had used the product- they should hire better people at this place.

Not a great experience at this location. The one employee working should not be in customer service. Never once saw her smile. You could tell she did not want to be there by her attitude and the way she presented herself. She's working in a beauty supply store and looked like she just rolled out of bed. She didnt seem like she had any knowledge of the industry. Another customer asked her a question about a product and she gave her a quick answer, rolled her eyes and walked away. After waiting for a long time in line for my turn I asked her for a set of clippers. She told me I had to wait because she had a line of people.
